50 children sent to hospital by bad puto in Davao

Two of the children remained in serious condition and remain confined at a local hospital, radio dzBB reported.
As of Sunday afternoon, the report said two boys aged 6 and 9 remained in serious condition.
Initial investigation showed the children found the puto near a trash bin and ate it.
The puto reportedly contained kamoteng kahoy (cassava), the report said.
Local authorities are investigating who left the puto there, along with other circumstances surrounding the incident.
