He said with the new system, the encoding and data capturing become easier and more convenient that could prevent the office from being crowded, especially when the deadline is near.
"Our only limitations are we have no enough personnel and computers," he said, adding that they could only accommodate a certain number of registrants a day.
Cubero said the satellite registration for the second district started March 3 at the Tigatto barangay hall.
The satellite registration, he said, is carried out as per request by the barangay.
They will also conduct the same satellite registration in the following areas: Ubalde on March 17; Leon Garcia on March 24; V. Duterte on March 30; and Centro (San Juan) on March 31.
The schedules, he said, are only partial as they are still open for more requests from barangays within district 2.
Cubero, however, clarified that not all barangays will be visited for the satellite registration because some areas under his district are beyond their reach. He advises registrants to visit nearby barangays.
Districts 1 and 3 refused to show their respective tentative lists as they are still subject for the approval of the regional director.
