SMART Telecom introduced Tuesday its latest innovation called Smart Bro Dashboard, a user interface that will allow subscribers to manage their broadband accounts, during media launch at Smart Jump Center at SM Lanang Premier.

The new product is expected to further boost Smart Bro subscriber base, which is experiencing an annual double digit growth, from 10 to 20 percent, in Mindanao.

Smart Bro brand manager Carmelo Antonio T. Del Gallego said Dashboard will allow subscribers to get real-time access to everything relating to their broadband accounts like SIM number, current load balance, promo subscriptions, and list of broadband packages.

"Dashboard aims to enhance the online experience of our subscribers," he said.

Del Gallego said the new product offers a unique feature called Load Protect, which, when turned on, prevents subscribers from incurring unintended data charges once their Unlisurf, Flexisurf, or Always On subscriptions expires.

He said all of the services of Dashboard can be accessed through smart.com.ph/brodashboard.

Aside from services and information relating to the subscriber's broadband account, subscribers are able to post statuses and comments in their Twitter or Facebook accounts by signing in to SmartNet.

Users will also be able to access the digital contents of Spinnr, Clickplay, and GameX. Visiting these sites will not incur any charges if accessed through Dashboard.

Dashboard is initially available to all Plug-it, Pocket Wifi, SIM-only subscribers, and postpaid LTE users.

"The applications for Android and iOS phones or tablets will soon follow. We are on the process of developing these," Del Gallego said.

He also said they hope to grow their subscribers through Dashboard with the level of satisfaction and convenience it can provide to the users.
