TMC newly-designated chief retired Superintendent Dionisio Abude said the number is a manifestation that the TMC is zeroing in to apprehending those who operate and drive bora-bora.
Of the 73 operations, 29 motorcycles were impounded and 44 temporary operator's permits were issued.
The data represents the apprehension from July 8 to 10.
"Mao ni ang marching order ni Mayor Rody sa ako," he said.
Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has warned those who operate and drive bora-bora to refrain from using it since it only creates earsplitting noise and affects residents.
