DUNLOPILLO Philippines launched its high-end mattress, Cashmerian Luxe, in Davao City on Saturday.

"The Cashemrian Luxe is the most high-end product that Dunlopillo has for the Philippine market. All the technologies Dunlopillo has for its matresses are all in the Cashmerian LuxE," said Jam Chan, managing director of Ital Design Furniture Depot, which is an exclusive distributor of Dunlopillo in the Philippines.

Chan said the Cashmerian Luxe, which is pegged at around P400,000, features the Tala Silver Latex, Thermic silk Cashmere, Talalay Latex, and the Dunlopillo Gel II technologies.

"Thermic Silk Cashmere keeps the body in long lasting comfort as it eliminates perspiration and thermal heat rise while Talalay Latex allows exceptional air ventilation and breathability for ideal temperature control. Tala Silver Latex maintains hygienic control by eliminating dust mites and bacteria while Dunlopillo Gel II supports the back with spinal alignment and pressure relief," Dunlopillo Philippines said in a statement.

It also features the duo Comfort Pocketed Spring System, which conforms to the individual's sleeping posture, and Cotton Felt.

Chan also said the Cashmerian Luxe is also "anti-microbial and 99.9 percent of the time kills germs."

She said the mattress uses latex foam, which is derived from rubber, which allows better spine support for the individual.

"Technically whatever your needs and wants for your mattress, it is all available in the Cashmerian Luxe," Chan said.

She said the product has already been launched in Metro Manila last year but at present, it is only available in their flagship store in Davao City because it is only here where stocks are available while the stocks in Manila have already been sold out.

Chan said their flagship store in Davao City, which is located at the third floor of Abreeza Mall, has already received inquiries for the product.

Aside from low-end to high-end mattresses, Dunlopillo is also offering pillows, bed frames, and mattress protectors. Chan said they will be bringing in other pillow sizes and travel pillows to Davao soon.
