New smartphones launched in Davao City

In its Davao leg “The Royal Affair” campaign, Huawei launched Sunday its latest Y-series smartphones at The Atrium of SM Lanang Premier with Huawei endorser Kathryn Bernardo.

The Y-series included Y3, Y5 and Y6.

Huawei Y series users (depending on the model) will enjoy its Quadcore 1.3G Hertz (Hz) Spreadtrum SC7731 processor with Mali-400 graphics processing unit (GPU), Android KitKat with Emotion UI, dual SIM with dual standby, 1 gigabyte (GB) Random-access memory (Ram), 8GB internal memory, expandable memory with micro SD, 4 and 4.5-inch display and 5 megapixels (MP) rear camera with dual LED Flash and 2MP front camera perfect for selfie moments.

Offering more excitement to users especially for teens, Huawei Y5 and Y3 come in a limited customized design back covers inspired by its endorser Bernardo.

Huawei through the "the Royal Affair" event made some 250 to 300 units of Y-series with back covers available in Davao last Sunday.

“Why don’t I make my designs available to consumers by bundling it with the Huawei Y3 and Huawei Y5!”Bernardo said adding that it is her way of spreading the holiday cheer and proceeds of the special prices will be donated by Huawei Philippines, Kathryn Bernardo, and the consumers to her charity of choice.

“But what good about the Huawei Y-series is that it is not only stylish but I can assure the users that they can really maximize the phone because of its features, I am certain that teenagers like me will love the new Y-series,” she added.

Huawei adhering to its motto continues in making things possible to cope with the ever-changing and evolving world of technology by offering its valued users a plethora of choice of up-to-trend gadgets in a budget-friendly and reasonable price.
