ADDICTED to avant-garde fashion items and unusual designs in limited edition? This newly opened popular international concept store may just be the right place for you. Originating from Hong Kong's cosmopolitan haven and a Filipino favorite shopping haunt, Bauhaus comes to Davao City to offer a delightful wide scope of fresh, unconventional clothing brands from its in-house labels, namely, Tough Jeans, Salad, 80/20, Twistedmind, Superdry, and Cheap Monday.

"Bauhaus Philippines will bring in these six core brands of the Hong Kong concept store with fresh, new styles arriving each month," Bauhaus Philippines brand manager Clarissa Reyes said.

Primer Group of Companies AVP Paul Sy is equally excited about the retail giant's new venture given Bauhaus' unique concept and the many brands it carries. All original and distinctive, Bauhaus' products are guaranteed to be out of the ordinary and are designs exclusively found in Bauhaus.

Bauhaus Philippines opened its first store at Shangri-La Mall, followed by Trinoma and Abreeza (Davao) stores.

Bauhaus continues to attract a wide range of clients given its extensive selection of hip, attractive brands that are great for everyday wear, travel, and club wear.

Here's a look at Bauhaus Philippines six core brands:
Tough Jeans is one of Bauhaus' in-house brands, which has always been popular for its high-quality craftsmanship coupled with its cutting edge flattering cuts and standout styles.

Salad gives you more than just a brand for stylish leather bags, but offers ladies’ clothing with a whimsical touch and the ever-changing Salad back pocket decorative stitching.

80/20 offers a quirky take on your wardrobe such as print-on-print, cool patchwork, and "smart military."

Twistedmind is a unique collection of men and women's apparel that have been expertly crafted from high-quality fabrics to give you flattering styles that are very fashion forward.

Superdry is partly inspired by Tokyo, and partly by vintage Americana. This European brand is already well known internationally for its super comfy and fun line of t-shirts complemented by brightly-colored bags.
Cheap Monday is another established European brand in the international fashion circle having been nominated in Elle Magazine for Best Jeans Design in the past. High quality and immaculately handcrafted, its jeans are extra special because of its unique and humble origins in a small shop in Sweden.

Bauhaus was adopted from the German art and design school that is famous for its avant-garde and individualistic artistic philosophy. Creativity, Originality, and Functionality are the words that Bauhaus lives by.

What is particularly attractive in Bauhaus’ stores are its trademark visual explosion of stylized graphic details and props to lure customers in while enjoying the high fashion displays. Particular interior details such as the Mao badges, kerosene and hurricane lamps, vintage tea pots, a vintage post box, and a scale to the in-your face indoor advertising are showcased in line with the current fashion campaign of the store’s different brands.

So if your fashion tastes are bent more on being unique and highly imaginative in style, Bauhaus’ exclusive and limited editions will suit your style. Bauhaus Branches are in Shangri La Mall, Trinoma, Abreeza Davao, and soon to open at Alabang Town Center. Follow them on Twitter : @BauhausPh and on Facebook : Bauhaus Ph.
