There are plenty of reasons why I keep on coming back to Davao, and the best thing of all is the place I call home amidst the bustling city. No less than Nigel Fisher, the hotel’s general manager, greeted me with a sumptuous Cantonese dinner at the newly-renovated Lotus Court. The restaurant, which re-opened in August, now features striking and luxurious interiors with more delectable additions to its menu courtesy of Marco Polo Hong Kong’s executive chef Wong Hoi Ming.
